How does it work?

The training will take place in person in Switzerland on November 12 and 13, 2025, at Marie-Thérèse Chappaz's home.

Two days alternating between theoretical courses, case studies, vineyard visits, tastings, and group work.

The sessions will be held on the farm's premises, as the vineyards are located nearby. immediate.

Lunches and dinners will be organized in a restaurant located a 5-minute walk from the estate.

The training will be conducted entirely in French.
