Payment
Orders are delivered after payment by bank transfer, paypal or credit card via our provider Stripe.
In the case of a bank transfer, you are allowed 5 days for the transfer. After this period, the order is canceled except for pre-orders.
Cancellation of orders and right of return
We make the customer aware that once validated, the order cannot be canceled.
The customer has the obligation to control the items received.
In the event of non-compliance with the order, the customer must notify Biodynamie & Cie upon receipt of the goods
Any return of items will be organized by Biodynamie & Cie, which will tell the customer the procedure to follow.
After 8 days, the delivery is considered accepted. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order in the best possible conditions.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These general conditions of sale and delivery are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Sion.
